Dalstep Dalfampridine is now available in Indian medical stores, it costs around Rs.380/- for a strip.
Dosage: Dalstep 10mg is given twice daily for better coordination and improving imbalance. Please consult your neurologist for the prescription and right dosage. Advised to gradually increase from half tablet to one tablet in a weeks time.
